ROD’S STEAK HOUSE 80TH BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Rod’s Steak House 80th Birthday Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM Arizona time on August 23, 2026 and ends at 12:00 PM Arizona time on August 30, 2026. Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To receive one (1) chance to win, entrants must:

  • Complete and submit the official Rod’s Steak House 80th Birthday Giveaway entry form; and

  • Follow all six participating brands on Instagram OR Facebook:

    • Rod’s Steak House

    • Historic Brewing Company

    • Station 66

    • Frontier Family Fun

    • Grand Canyon Wine Co.

    • Red Garter Inn

Entrants who follow all six participating brands on both Instagram AND Facebook will receive two (2) chances to win.

There is a limit of two (2) chances per eligible person.

Social media follow requirements may be verified before a potential winner is confirmed. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, contain false information or cannot be verified may be disqualified.

4. PRIZES

Four (4) winners will each receive one of the following prize packages:

Williams Getaway Grand Prize — Approximate Retail Value: $350

  • One-night stay at Red Garter Inn, approximate value $150

  • $100 Rod’s Steak House gift card

  • Rod’s 80th Anniversary merchandise basket, approximate value $100

Frontier Family Fun Prize — Approximate Retail Value: $200

  • $100 Frontier Family Fun gift card

  • Frontier merchandise basket, approximate value $100

Historic + Station 66 Prize — Approximate Retail Value: $150

  • $50 Station 66 / Barrel House Williams gift card

  • Historic Brewing Company merchandise basket, approximate value $100

Grand Canyon Wine Co. Prize — Approximate Retail Value: $125

  • $25 Grand Canyon Wine Co. gift card

  • Grand Canyon Wine Co. merchandise basket, approximate value $100

The approximate total retail value of all prizes is $825.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

Any applicable taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

5. RED GARTER INN STAY

The Red Garter Inn prize includes one room for one night and must be used by September 3, 2027.

There are no designated blackout dates; however, reservations are subject to availability.

The winner must contact abby@historicbrewingcompany.com to coordinate the stay and reservation.

Transportation, meals, incidentals and any other expenses not specifically included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Four potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Potential winners will be contacted by email on or around September 3, 2026.

Each potential winner must respond within 24 hours of being contacted. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements or their entry cannot be verified, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.

A potential winner is not considered an official winner until eligibility and entry requirements have been verified.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

Prize fulfillment will be coordinated directly with each confirmed winner.

Prizes may be picked up at an agreed-upon location or shipped to the winner. Sponsor will cover reasonable standard shipping costs within the United States.

9. EMAIL MARKETING

Signing up to receive marketing emails is completely optional and is not required to enter or win.

Choosing to receive marketing communications does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Sponsor may publicly announce their name and/or social media handle in connection with the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, contains false information, violates these Official Rules or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances outside of its reasonable control interfere with the security, fairness or proper administration of the Giveaway.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Giveaway.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or the awarding of prizes.
